Who we are
- Digital Shijil LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, runs digitalshijil.com.
- “You” means the person or business buying a service or product from us.
What we sell
- Fixed-scope services: the Store Systems Audit, the AI Operations Setup and Monthly Systems Management, as described on the service pages.
- Downloadable templates, checklists and guides.
- Everything is delivered remotely. We ship no physical goods.
What you pay for, and when.
Every service has a written scope agreed before work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it.
Prices are in US dollars. The audit and the setup are paid in full before work starts unless the written proposal says otherwise. Monthly management is billed at the start of each month.
Launch prices and discount codes (such as FIRST3) are limited, can end at any time, and cannot be combined.
The audit fee is credited against an AI Operations Setup booked within 30 days of the audit being delivered.
What each side is responsible for.
You give us the access and information the scope needs, and confirm you are allowed to share it. Delays in access move the delivery date by the same amount.
We keep your store data, customer data and business information confidential, use it only to do the work, and delete our copies when the engagement ends, or sooner if you ask.
Once you have paid, the deliverables made for you are yours. We keep our general methods, know-how and reusable templates, and may describe the work in general terms unless you ask us not to.
What we can and cannot promise.
We work carefully and to the agreed scope, but we cannot guarantee a particular revenue, conversion rate or outcome. Any figure we estimate is an estimate, not a promise.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product the claim is about, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Downloads you buy from us.
Templates, checklists and guides are licensed for use in your own business. You may not resell, share or republish them.
Ending, changes and the law that applies.
Monthly management can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. Refunds are covered on the refund policy page, and how we handle personal data on the privacy page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If we change them, the date at the top changes, and the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.
