Store Systems Audit
- Full refund if you ask before we start work.
- Once the audit is delivered it is not refundable. If it does not cover the agreed scope, we fix it, or refund you if we cannot.
AI Operations Setup
- Full refund if you ask before we start work.
- Once work has started, we refund the part of the scope not yet delivered.
- Every setup includes 30 days of refinement after launch.
Monthly Systems Management
- Cancel any time before the next billing date and you will not be charged again.
- Months already started are not refunded part-way.
Templates and downloads
- If a download is not what the page described, email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund.
How to ask
One email, no forms.
Email [email protected] with your name and the email you used to pay. We reply within one business day, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Launch prices and discounted purchases follow the same policy.
