Build autonomous e-commerce operations.

Digital Shijil is a systems studio for lean D2C brands. We replace repetitive store work with structured automation, conversion systems, and clean operational flows — delivered on a clear timeline with defined outcomes.

The problem

Most stores aren’t under-marketed. They’re under-engineered.

Operators don’t lose money on creative — they lose it in the seams. In the gaps between tools, the manual handoffs, the dashboards no one reads. Below the visible part of the store, the operations layer is held together with notes, screenshots, and somebody’s memory.

The solution

The systems layer your store has been missing.

We design and ship the operations layer underneath your storefront — the workflows, automations, and conversion systems that turn a busy store into a quiet, compounding one.

01

Automation architecture

n8n, Make, native APIs, and AI-assisted steps wired into a single operations layer — replacing the spreadsheet-and-Slack approach.

02

Funnel & conversion cleanup

A pass through the actual revenue path — checkout, post-purchase, lifecycle email, win-backs — fixing what is silently leaking.

03

Operational clarity

SOPs, dashboards, and decision triggers so the founder isn’t the bottleneck, and a new hire can plug into a real workflow on day one.

04

Fixed-scope implementation

Engagements with clear deliverables and timelines — one-time builds or ongoing partnerships, both with defined outcomes.

Services

Three productized offers. Clear scope. Clear outcomes.

Most engagements start with the audit. Operators who already know what’s broken usually move straight into the operations setup.

How it works

A short, productized loop. Not an open-ended engagement.

STEP 01

Diagnose

You share access. We map the funnel, the operations layer, and the actual day-to-day. The audit tells us what to build — and what not to.

STEP 02

Design

Before anything is built, we define the workflows, surfaces, and exit conditions. Every automation has a job and a measurable boundary.

STEP 03

Build

We ship the systems — automations, AI steps, dashboards, SOPs — into your stack, not a sandbox. You watch the operations layer come online.

STEP 04

Refine

30 days of post-launch tuning. Real traffic finds the edges, we close them, and you’re left with a system you can run, hand off, or extend.

Why this works

Built by an operator, not an agency desk.

Digital Shijil is run by an operator with a CS engineering background and hands-on experience across multiple private e-commerce and digital properties — across both Shopify and WooCommerce, and across direct-to-consumer and digital-asset models.

The systems we sell are the systems we run. The frameworks aren’t recycled blog content — they’re what our own stores depend on every day.

Multi-store Private operator portfolio across DTC and digital assets — under NDA, never name-dropped publicly.
2 platforms Deep working knowledge of Shopify and WooCommerce — including the unsexy backend and fulfillment seams.
Operator-built Systems thinking informed by real store setup, offer testing, and backend workflow design — not theory.
Fixed scope No retainers disguised as collaboration. No proposals stretched into open-ended engagements.
The model

Built around clarity.

Whether it’s a one-time build or an ongoing partnership, every engagement starts with clear scope and outcomes. Faster decisions, cleaner work, easier handoffs.

Defined scope

Every engagement has clear deliverables and timelines, including ongoing retainers, which run on monthly caps and written outcomes.

Fast cycles

No discovery sprints that turn into months. You get an audit in days, an operations layer in weeks.

Honest growth

We’re flexible on additions and explicit about new scope. Nothing gets bolted on without a written change.

Output over presentation

No ten-slide kickoffs, no status meetings about status meetings. Async by default. Output over presentation.

FAQ

Honest answers, before the call.

Do you work with Shopify or WooCommerce?
Both — natively. Most engagements are on one or the other, occasionally on both for brands running parallel storefronts. We don’t recommend re-platforming as part of an engagement; we work inside what you already run.
Is this consulting or implementation?
Implementation. The audit produces a written deliverable, but the operations setup and management offers are us in your stack, building real workflows. We don’t hand over a strategy doc and disappear.
Do I need a big team for this to make sense?
No — solo founders and small teams are the sweet spot. The whole point of the operations layer is to remove the “I need to hire someone for this” instinct from the next 6–12 months of work.
Do you take custom-scope work?
Sometimes. The productized offers are the most common front door, and most operators find they cover what’s needed. Custom scope and longer ongoing partnerships fit too — we’ll discuss the right shape after we understand the work.
How fast can we start?
The audit usually starts within 3–5 business days of payment and ships in under two weeks. The operations setup is scheduled — we keep the queue short on purpose so each build gets focused attention.
Do you do paid ads, social media, or store design?
No. Plenty of teams do those well. We design and run the operations layer underneath them — the part that makes your ad spend actually compound and your store actually scale without breaking.
Start here

Stop running your store. Start operating it.

The audit is the cleanest first step. Two weeks, a clear written deliverable, and a 30-day action plan you can run with — with us, with your team, or solo.
